The integration of ERP systems was another critical aspect of our project, designed to streamline sales report generation, inventory management and cost calculations. We contributed further to the process by managing web hosting setup, ensuring the smooth online presence of the brand.

To amplify customer relations, we devised a custom contact form, providing easy and accessible lines of communication between the brand and its customers. Adding on to this, we integrated a Facebook Chat feature, widening the customer service channels and allowing immediate response to their queries.
